Pathankot Punjab Samir Gupta, Bureau Chief — Rajwinder Singh Bhatti has been appointed as the 31st Director General of CISF. Upon his arrival at CISF HQs, Bhatti was received by the senior officers including ADG ( APS), ADG ( North) and ADG ( HQ). Prior to his appointment as DG CISF, Bhatti was serving as the DGP of Bihar police.
