Report Samir Gupta Bureau Chief — The Maharashtra state government has transferred Dr. Pooja Khedkar, trainee IAS officer from Pune District to Washim District as Assistant Collector. Dr. Khedkar who was serving as a probationary AC in Pune faced allegations related to misuse of power and improper conduct — leading to her transfer after District Collector Dr. Suhas Diwase wrote to Government. The Pune Collector Dr. Diwase wrote a detailed report to ACS, citing several issues with Dr. Khedkar s conduct. The report mentioned that she had used a beacon light on a private vehicle, she allegedly seized the chamber of a senior Officer further compounding her misconduct.
