Free medical checkup camp is being organized in Raj Hospital on World Arthritis Day : Report Samir Gupta Bureau Chief, Pathankot, Punjab – A free checkup camp for bones and joints is being organized on Saturday, 12 October, at Raj Hospital, located at Simble Chowk, Pathankot. Giving detailed information, the CEO of the hospital, Dr. Richa Sharma, said that 12th October is celebrated as World Arthritis Day and to acknowledge this day the camp is being organised by the hospital. During this camp, patients will be examined by Dr. Zubin Mehta, orthopedic specialist. During this, special discounts will be given on medicines and blood tests, apart from this, X-ray and physiotherapy facilities will be provided free of cost. The camp timings will be from 11 am to 2 pm. It may be noted that Raj Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Anil Garg, Managing Director, has been providing better treatment facilities at concessional rates to the people of district Pathankot, neighbouring Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir for the last 12 years.
