Rewa. On the occasion of World Tourism Day, a workshop was organized by the District Tourism Promotion Council in the historic building Venkat Club. Inaugurating the workshop, Collector Pratibha Pal said that Rewa has immense possibilities of religious tourism, historical tourism and natural tourism. Rewa has ancient wealth and rich cultural heritage. 6 of the most beautiful waterfalls of the country are located in this area. Thousands of tourists come to Maharaja Martand Singh White Tiger Safari Mukundpur to see the white tiger. Recently, the World Aviary has been inaugurated in it. Rewa is rich in natural and historical tourist places. The collector said that whenever we go to any tourist place, try to keep it clean. All students must visit the tourist places of their district. Heads of educational institutions should take students on a tour of the tourist places of the district. Many steps have been taken for the development of the tourist places of the district. Along with roads and railways, the facility of airport is also going to start soon in Rewa. Regional Industrial Conclave is going to be organized in Rewa on 23 October. These will give impetus to tourism. All students should enrich their knowledge by gathering information about the tourist places of the district, state and country using mobile phones. In the program, Forest Divisional Officer Anupam Sharma said that I am a resident of Jaipur which is the main tourist destination of the country. Rewa has better natural tourist places than Jaipur. To make the tourist places of the district attractive, it is necessary to keep them clean. Do not spread plastic waste and any other kind of filth in them. Invite your relatives and acquaintances to visit by giving them information about the tourist places of Rewa district. Development of tourism industry will provide great employment opportunities. While conducting the program, social worker Dr. Mukesh Yengal said that Rewa has the largest waterfalls of the country. There are rock paintings of the primitive man era in the forests of Sirmour, Gaddi and Kakredi. Near Gurh there is a huge reclining statue of Bhairavnath, Mahamrityunjay temple and many other temples. The historic Venkat Bhawan has been standing for 117 years as a testimony to Bagheli architecture, which has the only living tunnel of the state. In the program, Amit Pidhiha gave information about the architecture of Ajanta and Ellora through presentation. In the program, a short film of the main tourist places of the district was shown.
